September 27, 2024 – ROCHESTER, NY – The Mall at Greece Ridge is preparing to welcome a pair of dining destinations and women’s apparel locations in the near future: rue 21, Charlotte Russe, Tropical Smoothie Café, and Hot Pot 585. The additions will enhance the variety of dining and fashion options available to guests at Greece Ridge.
A destination for the latest clothing, footwear and accessory trends, Charlotte Russe offers unbeatable pricing every woman can afford to feel her best wherever the day takes her. Targeting women in their teens and twenties, the company operates more than 560 stores in malls and shopping centers across 45 states. Shoppers can expect to find seasonal favorites such as dresses, denim, sweaters, activewear, and cozy fleece items when Charlotte Russe opens its 7,117 square foot location across from Ardene in early 2025.
Offering shoppers a wide array of affordable and on-trend clothing, rue 21 returns to The Mall at Greece Ridge later this year in its previous 8,090 square foot location near entrance six. Founded in 1976 and under new ownership and management, rue 21 specializes in men’s and women’s fashion, featuring licensed t-shirts, denim, cargos, fleece, and footwear.
Born on a beach in 1997, Tropical Smoothie Café makes healthy eating easy with fresh, made-to-order smoothies, wraps, flatbreads and bowls that instantly boost your mood. With menu options available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between, Tropical Smoothie Café has more than 1,350 locations in 44 states. The Greece Ridge location will serve as the franchise’s 50th in New York and fifth in the Rochester area. Tropical Smoothie Café will open later this year, serving out of the 2,584 square foot location next to King Crab on State Street.
A new dining concept, Hot Pot 585, will bring an interactive, all-you-can-eat dining experience that blends traditional hot pot and Korean BBQ. Locally owned by the proprietors of King Crab, guests will select their own broths, proteins, fresh ingredients, and a variety of assortments from a well-stocked buffet line before cooking their food to perfection at their own table. Hot Pot 585 will feature a full-service bar and be open for lunch and dinner in 2025 at its 5,260 square foot location in the food court with interior and exterior entrances.
