A new dining concept, Hot Pot 585, will bring an interactive, all-you-can-eat dining experience that blends traditional hot pot and Korean BBQ. Locally owned by the proprietors of King Crab, guests will select their own broths, proteins, fresh ingredients, and a variety of assortments from a well-stocked buffet line before cooking their food to perfection at their own table.
